Did you know that Open Arms Pregnancy Center has a Home Visiting Program? With this voluntary program, first-time moms and young moms can sign up from before baby's birth through three months old. Our Home Visitors will meet with mom and help with finding needed resources, encouraging and marking baby milestones and supporting mother/child bonding. Home Visitors work with mom and baby from before birth through the child's third birthday.
Open Arms Home Visiting Services have been accredited with Healthy Families America since 2016. During this partnership with families, we work to empower moms to build strong bonds with their child, explore early development for the child and support their child through positive parenting practices.
Parents who have participated in the Healthy Families of America program are more confident as parents and more likely to parent in ways that promote healthy child development.
